For the past 27 years, Spencer has led project estimating, bidding, material procurement, and construction management projects throughout the western United States, including Nevada, Utah, Idaho, California, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Wyoming. His experience also extends internationally, having traveled to Australia and Chile to promote and support trolley system development.
